CARBUnn Mammalian Nuclear and Cytoplasmic Protein Extraction Kit
provides a fast and efficient method to extract nuclear and
cytoplasmic proteins from mammalian cells and tissues.The extracted
protein has a natural conformation and good biological activity.This
product has a very high protein extraction efficiency and can separate
nuclear proteins and cytoplasmic proteins effectively , the crosscontamination rate of the two is usually less than 10%. Native proteins
can be obtained within 80 minutes without ultracentrifugation. The
extracted proteins are suitable for a variety of downstream
applications, including SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA, enzymeactivity assays, immunoprecipitation and transcription factor activity
analysis.
