Description
CARBUnn Mammalian Membrane Protein Extraction Kit provides a fast
and efficient method to extract membrane proteins from mammalian
cells and tissues. The extracted protein has a natural conformation
and good biological activity.This product has a very high membrane
protein extraction efficiency,The acquisition rate of 1-2 times
transmembrane protein can reach more than 90%. The extracted
membrane protein has high purity, and the cross-contamination rate of
cytosolic protein into the membrane fractions is usually less than
10%.Native proteins can be obtained within 70 minutes without
ultracentrifugation. The extracted proteins are suitable for a variety
of downstream applications, including SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, ELISA,
and enzyme-activity assays.

CARBUnn Mammalian Mitochondria Isolation Kit for Cultured Cells
provides a fast and efficient method to isolate mitochondria from
cultured mammalian cells. This kit provides two options for the
separation of mitochondria from cytosolic components: a reagentbased method or homogenization-based method. The Reagent-based
method uses a mild procedure to process single or multiple samples.
The isolated mitochondria is suitable for a variety of downstream
applications, including protein analysis, apoptosis, signal transduction
and metabolic assays.
