-20° C
Description
MetaScript Uni Reverse Transcriptase is a hightemperature reverse Transcriptase obtained by genetic modification and expression and purification in E. coli. It has a wide reaction temperature (42°C-65°C) and ultra-high thermal stability, and it has no RNase H activity. The enzyme can synthesize first-strand cDNA at 42°C-65°C (high temperature is conducive to opening the RNAsecondary structure), and the optimal reaction temperature is 50°C. It has high sensitivity, high specificity, and strong polymerization ability (more complete Long cDNA), high thermal stability and long half-life.
Highlights
  • Ultrahigh thermal stability: broad range reaction temperature (42°C-65°C)
  • High sensitivity, high specificity, high synthesis volume, strong polymerization ability.
  • Anchored Oligo(dT)20 Primer has a unique design, can anchor the first base next to the mRNA Poly(A)+5’end, anchors the binding site, and has high specificity, ensuring the efficiency and success rate of the first-strand cDNAsynthesis.
  • No RNase H activity, which prevents the template RNAin the DNA/RNAhybrid from being degraded in the first-strand cDNA synthesis reaction, thereby ensuring the amount and length of the first-strand cDNAsynthesis.
  • Synthetic fragment 20kb
Applications
  • Multiple copy and low copy gene detection.
  • GC-rich or complex secondary structure RNA template.
  • cDNA library construction, primer extension, 3’ and 5’RACE.
Unit Definition
Using Poly(A)·Oligo(dT) Primer as template/primer, the amount of enzyme required to incorporate 1 nmol of deoxyribonucleotide at 37°C for 10 minutes is defined as 1 activity unit (U).
