Description
QuikPfu PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of
QuikPfu DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized
buffer. The SuperMix is provided at 2× concentration
and used at 1× concentration by adding template,
primers and H2 O.

Fidelity is 18-fold higher than QuikTaq DNA Polymerase.

Extension rate is about 0.5 kb/min.

PCR products can be directly cloned into pQuikBlunt vectors.

Amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 6 kb.

Amplification of plasmid DNA fragment up to 10 kb.
