CARBUnnEasy Micro Genomic DNA Kit
CB5E181 - 01 | 50 rxns |
Description
CARBUnnEasy Micro Genomic DNAKit uses enzyme digestion method to
lyse samples. The unique lysis buffer in this kit can efficiently lyse
small volumes of cells from a variety of materials including blood,
dried blood spots, serum/plasma, mouthwash, hair follicles, tissues,
microdissected tissues. DNA from the lysate binds to a silica-based
column and is eluted with an elution buffer. The isolated DNA is
suitable for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion, and other downstream
applications.

CARBUnnEasy FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Kit
CB5E191-01 | 50 rxns |
Description
CARBUnnEasy FFPE Tissue Genomic DNA Kit is optimized to extract
genomic DNA from formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded tissues. The
kit uses a specific lysis buffer to release DNA from FFPE tissues. DNA
binds to silica-based columns and contaminants flow through. DNA is
eluted from the membrane. The isolated DNA is suitable for PCR, qPCR
and other molecular biology applications.

CARBUnnMag Blood Genomic DNA Kit
Magnetic Stand | CB5C101-01 | 50 rxns |
Magnetic Stand-free | CB5C101-11 | 50 rxns |
Description
CARBUnnMag Blood Genomic DNA Kit provides an easy, fast, and effective method for isolating high-quality DNA. This kit is based on the specific interaction between nucleic acids and magnetic beads in the presence of specially formulated buffers.
CARBUnnMag Blood Genomic DNA Kit is designed for the purification of genomic DNA from (50 μl -250 μl) of fresh or thawed whole blood and can also be used on automated Nucleic acid purification workstations. The isolated DNA is ready for downstream applications such as PCR, sequencing, enzyme digestion or Southern blotting procedures.
