Description
CARBUnnEasy Genomic DNA Kit provides a simple and convenient way to efficiently isolate high-quality genomic DNA from a variety of materials (mammalian cells, tissues, mouse tails, E. coli and yeast). Cells and tissues are enzymatically lysed. DNAis specifically bound to a silica-based column. The isolated DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and Southern Blot, etc.
  • Fast extraction, high yield (up to 15 μg).
  • High integrity of cDNA ensured by mild lysis conditions without physical disruption, thus reducing damage to gDNAduring cell lysis process.
  • High purity enabled by spin columns which can efficiently and specifically bind to DNA and removes protein, salts, lipids or other contaminants.

Description
CARBUnnEasy Plant Genomic DNA Kit provides a simple and convenient way to isolate high quality plant genomic DNA from plant tissues (up to 100 mg). Plant tissue is disrupted by grinding in liquid nitrogen, and DNA is released with detergent. Proteins, polysaccharides, and cell debris are eliminated by precipitation. DNA is bound to a silica-based column. The isolated genomic DNA is suitable for PCR, restriction enzyme digestion and southern blotting.
  • DNAyields up to 15 μg.
  • Complete removal of pigment, polysaccharides and other impurities
  • DNArange of 20-50 kb.
  • Column based purification, no organic extraction or ethanol precipitation.
DNA yield from different fresh plant leaves (100 mg)
