Description
Meta8K DNA Marker is a premixed, ready-to-load molecular weight
marker containing six linear double-stranded DNA fragments. The
DNA Ladder is suitable for use as molecular weight standards for
agarose gel electrophoresis. The DNA Ladder contains 500 bp to 8.0
kb DNA fragments. The 3.0 kb band (100 ng/5 μl) has doubled
intensity than other bands to serve as a reference band.

Description
This product is composed of 7 linear double-stranded DNA bands
and is suitable for DNAband analysis in agarose gel electrophoresis.
Not recommended for polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. This
product is a ready-to-use product that already contains 1×Loading
Buffer. 5 μl can be directly used for electrophoresis according to the
needs of the experiment. It is easy to use and has clear
electrophoretic images. It is convenient to accurately judge the
amount of target product DNA.
Highlights
The bands consist of a concentration gradient of 40-125 ng, which is
suitable for quantitative analysis of DNAfragments
