Meta DNA Markers are all generated by enzymatic digestion from plasmid DNA. This type of process produces DNA markers with a clean background, sharp band, and accurate molecular weight. Their band shape in electrophoresis and stability is far superior to DNAmarkers mixed by PCR products.
