GelStain
GelStain
CT7S101-01 | 500 μl |
CT7S101-02 | 1 ml |
CT7S101-03 | 5×1 ml |
Storage
at room temperature in dark
for two years
Description
GelStain is a sensitive, stable and relatively safe fluorescent
nucleic acid dye designed to replace the highly toxic ethidium
bromide (EtBr) for staining dsDNA, ssDNA or RNA in agarose gels or
polyacrylamide gels. The sensitivity of GelStain is much higher
than EB, and destaining is not required. GelStain and EB have
virtually the same spectral properties.
Agarose
CT7S201-01 | 100 g |
Storage
at room temperature in a dry
place for two years.
Description
This agarose is highly purified and is free of DNase, RNase and
protease. The gel background is low, prepared with Gel stain or EB
staining. It yields improved electrophoresis resolution and clear
bands, suitable for electrophoresis of various DNAand RNA.
% of Agarose | Resolution (bp) |
---|---|
0.5% | 1,000〜30,000 |
0.7% | 800〜12,000 |
1.0% | 500〜10,000 |
1.2% | 400〜7,000 |
1.5% | 200〜3,000 |
2.0% | 50〜2,000 |
6×DNA Loading Buffer
CT7H101-01 | 5×1 ml |
Storage
at -20℃ for two years
Description
The 6×DNA Loading Buffer is used as a loading buffer in nucleic
acid electrophoresis. Prior to loading, add appropriate volume of
6×DNA Loading Buffer to DNA sample to make its working
concentration at 1×, then load the DNA samples on the gel for
electrophoresis.
