Description
This product eliminates the multi-cloning sites of pQuik-T1 Cloning Vector. The PCR products after cloning cannot be digested by restriction enzymes from multiple cloning sites on pQuik-T1 Cloning Vector. This vector carries the LacZ gene which enables blue/white screening on plates containing medium with IPTG and X-gal. It is suitable for TAcloning.
